If you manage a business, whether it’s a store, a gas station, or a funeral house, you must be very careful about the neon sign you display. If one of the lights goes out, you must replace it immediately, otherwise, you will end up working at ‘hell’ instead of ‘shell’.
You can’t postpone it and say ‘Nah, I’ll do it next week..’ because people will drive by your sign, take pictures of it and post it on the Internet, where everyone will laugh about it, as we’re doing right now.
